Grilled Shrimp

Ingredients:

Deveined shrimp.                 500gr
Onion.                                 1 small
Coriander ( chopped ).         1 tbsp
Lemon juice.                        1 tbsp
Soya sauce.                         2 tbsp
Dried basil.                           1 tsp
Turmeric.                             1/2 tsp
Black pepper.                      1/2 tsp
Salt.                                    1/2 tsp

In a bowl mix all ingredients together and then add washed shrimp. Chill for about an hour. Then grill it in a pan using skewers. Grill for 2-3 minutes each side. Serve it with french fries or mashed potatoes.
